CONFIDENTIALITY AND THE TEAM
The one concern we have from our clients is confidentiality of their content. We completely understand this as it is also crucial to our business. It is also crucial for a lawyer, an accountant, consultant, freelancer, banker, auditor, IT engineer, all who have access to confidential material, freely given by business to enable it to perform.
We believe we are no different to these professions, and take it very seriously indeed.
All our tutors/editors will have been carefully vetted and will have signed a strict NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with us.
For larger clients we are willing to discuss the possibility of granting exclusivity within an industry where we would agree not to work with immediate competitors.
We are very happy to discuss any measures a client might suggest to help secure their confidence.
Confidentiality is at the core of our business, which is why it would make no sense at all for us to break it, as it would ruin our business, which would be the same for lawyers, bankers, and accountants.
