One of the many difficulties about English, is that badly spoken English is easier to understand, than badly written English, which is almost impossible to understand, yet many businesses believe it is acceptable to use it, which is a mistake because most business communications are written (email, texts, letters, marketing, website). If customers are unable to understand what is written, then, for them, business could be seen as difficult, often suspicious, even impossible.
Online translation sites are riddled with mistakes, which again tend to confuse and frustrate, which unfortunately could suggest a business's unprofessionalism, while reducing the impact of the message.
We do not teach a business English, we ‘improve' its English, spoken and written, which costs far less, and is far more effective.
